About Secommix

Secommix was founded on security.  After thousands of known vulnerabilities have caused billions in damages to millions of people, businesses and governments Secommix knew there had to be a better way.  So we spent years developing and testing our devices and protocols that guarantee security while being compatible with existing networks and devices.  Our patented technology is the solution to your security.

History

Decades ago, the Internet was built on a trust between networks and users were identifiable by their individual logins to these individual systems on known, managed networks.

Today, the anonymity of users and global reach of the Internet allow people from all over the world, including rogue users and terrorist states, to virtually walk straight into your home and access your laptops, your mobile devices and many consumer appliances, including your baby cameras, NESTs, even your smart televisions.

Instead of trying to identify someone who is knocking on your door, Secommix removes your door and creates a private, secure port that is not broadcast to the world.

No door, no knock. No knock, no hack.

Legacy Security Management

Eventually someone realizes they have been attacked and a vulnerability is identified.  What follows is a “patch and pray” that is used by all major devices and software.  They wait until a hack is identified and then they react with a patch or upgrade until the next one.  It is a vicious, never-ending cycle that is unsustainable.  Microsoft Windows has more than 5,000 updates, each of which were not known when the first version was released.  According to Heimdal Security, a leading cyber security research firm, the average time for organizations to close a discovered vulnerability (caused by unpatched software and apps) is 67 days.  Would you leave your home’s front door open for 2 months out of the year in a bad neighborhood?  If you’re not using Secommix, that is exactly what you are doing.  And you may not even be aware of it yet.

Again, with Secommix, you have “no door.” And with no door, there is no knock. No knock, no hack.
